Shop – Starting Points
From January 2025, the store where you will work will pay you the salary for your position Cashier Salesperson and Traditional Counter Vendorsj is from 5150 PLN gross per month in the first year of work. At Biedronka you can also work as Shop Employee or Cashier – the remuneration of employees in these positions starts from 5100 PLN gross per month to begin with, due to the limited scope of responsibilities.
Biedronka has a clear remuneration system. Every employee knows what bonuses and awards are included in the salary. Earnings for entry-level positions at Biedronka include:
- basic salary,
- reward for attendance.
In addition, our employees can count on a monthly bonus, depending on the level of budget implementation and operational procedures.
Shop - Management Positions
From January 2025, in the store where you will work, the salary for the position:
- Senior Sales Cashier starts with 5150 PLN gross per month. For each hour worked as a manager, an hourly allowance is payable.
- Deputy Store Manager starts with 5750 PLN gross per month to start with.
- Store Manager starts with 7200 PLN gross per month to start with.
Salaries for managerial positions at Biedronka include:
- basic salary,
- attendance award in the case of the Senior Sales Cashier position.
Additionally, our employees can count on a monthly bonus, depending on the level of budget implementation and operational procedures.
Warehouse
From January 2025, in the Distribution Center where you will work, the salary for the position Warehouseman starts with 5250 PLN gross per month to start with.
Salaries for the position of Warehouseman at Biedronka include:
- basic salary,
- reward for attendance.
Additionally, our employees can count on a monthly bonus.
In addition to their monthly salary, our employees can also count on:
Annual bonus – in 2024 it amounted to PLN 4,000 gross
Salary increases after 1 and 3 years of service
E-codes for purchases at Biedronka and Hebe – up to 4 times a year
