The recruitment process varies depending on the position you are recruiting for. At the very beginning, the recruiter checks whether your experience and skills match the requirements of the offer. If you successfully pass this stage of the application, the recruiter conducts a telephone interview to check your motivation and get to know you better. Then, the recruiter proposes a recruitment meeting to get to know you in person - a representative of the department you applied for may be present at this meeting.
