The recruitment process varies depending on the position you are applying for. After completing the application in our system, you will receive all the necessary information, along with login data, to your e-mail address. At the very beginning, the recruiter checks the compliance of your experience and competences with the requirements of the offer. If you successfully pass this stage of the application, the recruiter conducts a telephone interview to check your motivation and get to know you better. Then, they propose a recruitment meeting to get to know you in person - your future supervisor may be present at this meeting. At the very end, feedback is provided. You can also check the status of your application after logging in to your account, assigned to your e-mail address.

The type of contract offered is always specified in the selected job offer for a specific position. Most often, an employment contract is signed, without a trial period - the same as in our warehouses.
Yes, most of our stores operate on the basis of 3 shifts: morning, afternoon and night. Distribution Centers operate in 24-hour mode.
Of course. We comply with labor laws regarding night work and pay appropriate wage supplements, both in stores, warehouses and offices.
Yes, it is possible to work as a Store Employee (dealing with arranging goods, cleaning, customer service and other work performed in the sales area) or Cashier (dealing with professional customer service at the cash register and taking care of the aesthetic appearance and proper display of goods in the cash register area).
Yes, depending on the store you want to work in. Most of our Store Managers try to take into account the class schedule and additional responsibilities of our employees and the schedule in a given store is established based on that. In the case of office work, we offer unique talent programs for students: Owocne Wakacje (3-month summer internship) and Management Trainee (2-year management program).
Experience at a traditional counter is welcome – but not a necessary requirement. At Biedronka, we offer on-the-job training, during which we will teach you everything.
