Salary for the position Senior Sales Cashier starts with 5150 PLN gross per month, with a reward for attendance. For each hour worked as a manager, an hourly bonus is paid. Additionally, our employees can count on a monthly bonus, depending on the level of budget implementation and operational procedures. In this position, you will be responsible for:

Managing a shift independently or together with the Store Manager – organizing team work, resolving complaints and receiving and checking deliveries.
Ordering bread and preparing the store for inventory.
Professional customer service – both at the cash register and on the sales floor.
Laying out merchandise and ensuring its proper display.
Preparing and placing price tags using a collector.
Maintaining order in the store and its immediate surroundings.

Motivating, developing and supporting employees, as well as recruiting new team members.
Achieving sales goals and taking actions to minimize losses.
Ensuring the availability of the assortment, the correct display of goods and the efficient functioning of the store – in accordance with company procedures and standards.
Professional customer service – both at the checkout and on the sales floor.

Work in managerial positions at Biedronka involves shift work, including trading on Saturdays and Sundays.
