Biedronka is opening recruitment for the 30th edition of its Management Trainee Talent Program. This prestigious, two-year development program offers an accelerated career path for future business leaders. In this anniversary edition, participants can choose from two development paths: general business or finance.<\/p>\n
The Management Trainee Programme is an international leadership program implemented by the Jeronimo Martins Group in all of its operating countries. In Poland, program participants have the opportunity to learn about two brands from the Biedronka Group portfolio: Hebe and Biedronka.<\/p>\n
The program is aimed at final-year students and graduates who want to:<\/p>\n
gain practical business experience,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
learn about the functioning of a large organization from the inside,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
develop leadership competencies,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
have a real impact on the company's development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Two paths of development<\/strong><\/p>\n This year, candidates can choose one of two directions of development \u2013 financial and general business.<\/p>\n Program participants receive:<\/p>\n salary PLN 9,300 gross per month,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n annual raises and discretionary bonuses,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n access to over 20 employee benefits, including: private medical care, co-financing for a sports card, e-codes for shopping at Biedronka, and a well-being platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The Management Trainee Programme guarantees the development of hard and soft skills through participation in a dedicated training and development programme with the possibility of taking up a junior manager position after 2 years of the programme.<\/p>\n\n\r\n\r\n A new feature of this edition is the finance track, which will allow you to better understand how financial decisions impact the day-to-day running of a business. The program focuses on finance, controlling, and business analysis, and is complemented by a rotation in operations.<\/p>\n
The second, already well-known track is the general business track, which includes rotations in departments such as logistics, supply chain, purchasing, finance, marketing, and HR. It provides the opportunity to learn about the organization from different perspectives, complemented by rotations in operations.<\/p>\n
