At the end of May, an intensive two-day bootcamp for participants of the Young Talents 4 Biedronka competition took place in Warsaw. \ud83c\udf93 This is part of the second edition of the program, which supports the development of students and helps them gain experience in working on real business challenges.<\/p>\n
From over 250 applications, 30 of the most enterprising young people from all over Poland were selected. The teams worked for two days under the supervision of mentors from Biedronka.<\/p>\n
During the workshops, participants dealt with topics important for the development of Biedronka \u2013 including in areas such as:<\/p>\n
IT<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n marketing and e-commerce<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n e-commerce logistics<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n building relationships with customers<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n store work optimization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The bootcamp was not only an opportunity to acquire practical skills and learn about teamwork, but also for networking and direct contact with retail industry leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n On the second day, the participants visited the distribution center and the soup factory in Parzniew.
