Biedronka rewards employees for their commitment and financial results.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Almost 63 thousand employees of the Biedronka network<\/strong> will receive in April 2024 EA Soares dos Santos Special Award<\/strong>. The amount of the prize is 4000 PLN gross<\/strong>, which is an expression of appreciation for the work and contribution to the development of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n

Who will receive a special prize?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

The award was given to the following people: employees of shops, distribution centers and offices<\/strong>, employed in non-managerial positions.<\/p>\n

In previous years the prizes were:<\/p>\n

  • 2023: 4000 PLN gross<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • 2022: 2800 PLN gross<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • 2021: 2500 PLN gross<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Biedronka will allocate a total of almost PLN 300 million.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
