Openness to development, critical thinking and management through values are the main topics of the program. Meetings are held in diverse groups, which makes it easier to get to know other participants. At the end of the program, everyone meets in person for a grand finale. So far, 214 people have used it, and in this year&#039;s - already the 3rd edition - this number increased by 115. This shows the enormous potential that lies in our employees!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-quote{border-color:var(--wp--preset--color--secondary)}.wp-block-quote cite{color:var(--wp--preset--color--dark)}.wp-block-quote.is-style-default{font-size:1.125rem;line-height:1.5}.wp-block-quote.is-style-large p{margin-bottom:0.625rem}.wp-block-quote.is-style-large cite{color:var(--wp--preset--color--secondary)}<\/style>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&quot;The vast majority of participants I spoke to were impressed by the workshops and the entire program. I have never been to such a creative training in this organization. Thanks to it, I gained distance from many issues and detached myself from reality. Thank you for allowing me to take part in this event and I really appreciate the great effort put into preparing the Sukces(i)ja program.&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<cite>Participant of the previous edition of the program, Biedronka<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What does this year\u2019s edition of Sukces(i)ji offer?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gallup&#039;s Individual Talent Analysis: Understand and enhance each participant&#039;s natural talents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Critical Thinking Workshops: Developing the skills needed in the dynamic world of business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Values Management Workshop: Building a culture based on shared values and goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Meetings within the program are held both online and in person. The hybrid form serves the integration and exchange of experiences between employees from different business areas of Biedronka. We wish good luck to all 115 participants of this year&#039;s edition! We are sure that with each subsequent edition there will be more and more of us! After all, Biedronka is a place full of talented people who care about their development.
