Awards are given to companies that respect and support the model of work-life balance, create a healthy and friendly work environment, focus on open and partnership relations with employees, invest in the development of their professional competences and interests. The editorial office appreciated us in particular for the implementation of a number of projects and initiatives in the difficult time of the pandemic for all of us - including the organization of &quot;Inspiration Days&quot; for our employees or the creation of the EduAkcja training platform.
