We recruit thousands of people a year and we want to continue to grow in this area. In order to share best practices with others, we became members in June <strong>Coalition for Friendly Recruitment<\/strong>, which started its operations in June 2013. Thanks to eRecruiter&#039;s decision, we were given the opportunity to join the group of 350 companies such as Allianz, AXA, Bosch, Citi Bank Handlowy, DHL and Smyk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&quot;Friendly Workplace&quot;<\/strong>&nbsp;is a distinction of the MarkaPracodawcy.pl editorial team for companies that can boast a modern approach in the area of personnel policy and employee development. The award is given to companies that respect and support the work-life balance model. The following areas are assessed: creating a healthy and friendly work environment, open and partnership relations with employees and investing in the development of their professional competences. Selected and verified companies receive a distinction in the form of a full employer profile in a dedicated section on the MarkaPracodawcy.pl portal. Editorial Board <strong>Employer Branding | Employer Branding<\/strong> granted us&nbsp;<strong>Reward<\/strong>\u0119<strong> Special \u2013 \u201cFriendly Workplace 2020\u201d statuette.<\/strong> We were rated particularly highly in the area of benefits, development programs and activities aimed at creating a health-friendly work environment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Premium Employer Brand<\/strong> is a nationwide candidate survey dedicated to consumer brands. A comprehensive examination of the relationship between the client brand and the employer brand is the basis for building effective recruitment and promotion processes. In the survey, we received a distinction as a company aware of its brand thanks to the effective combination of the employer brand and the client brand.
